# Refund Policy

## 1. x402 Micropayments — Final and Non-Refundable

Per-call payments made via the x402 protocol (USDC on Base) are settled on a public blockchain and are **final and non-refundable**. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and cannot be undone by us. Network (gas) fees are your responsibility and are never refundable.

If a paid call fails due to our error (for example, a 5xx response after your payment settled), contact us at hello@ioconnex.dev and we will, at our sole discretion, credit or re-run the call. If you are charged twice for the same call due to a processing error, contact us and we will correct it.

## 2. Stripe Subscriptions — 30-Day Money-Back on Initial Purchase

Monthly subscription plans include a **30-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase only**. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of the initial charge for a full refund of that charge.

- Renewal charges after the first 30 days are non-refundable.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not prorate partial months.
- If a renewal payment fails, access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

## 3. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@ioconnex.dev with your Stripe receipt or subscription ID (or, for x402, the transaction hash) and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

## 4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Contact us first — most issues are resolved within days. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us, we will submit our transaction records to contest it, and we may suspend or terminate your access pending resolution. Abusive or bad-faith chargebacks will result in permanent termination.

## 5. Currency and Taxes

All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or governmental charges arising from your purchases.

## 6. Legal Minimums

Nothing in this policy limits refunds or rights required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Except as required by law, all refund decisions are at our sole discretion.
